LEX busway adopts high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy type material as the shell, which is a non-magnetic environmental protection material, light weight, fast heat dissipation, and its large enough cross-section can replace the PE wire as 100% integral grounding, surface electrostatic powder coating, through 1200h salt spray experiment, can be used in the environment with high air humidity, high salinity and high pollution level for a long time.
The characteristics of short production cycle, controllable raw materials and high cost performance, and is deeply loved by many countries and regions.

Conductor

The busway system is tinned or silver-plated and wrapped in a high-performance insulating polyester film throughout the entire length.
The copper conductor should be rolled from national standard T2 electrolytic copper to make high-purity TMY electrical hard copper bar as a high conductivity material.
Comply with the standard GB5585-2005 copper, aluminum and its alloy busbars for electrical use;
The purity of copper is greater than 99.95%;

Insulating material - DuPont Polyester Film

Insulation Heat Resistance Class B (130°CC)；
The withstand voltage of the first layer can reach more than 10,000V；
No halides, no toxic gases at high temperatures；
The International IEC Association recommends high-performance professional electrical insulation；

We warrant that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and conform to the technical standards and specifications stipulated in the contract.
2. Warranty Period
Standard Warranty: The warranty period is 24 months from the date the products arrive at the port of destination and the Bill of Lading is completed, or 12 months from the date of energization, whichever occurs first.
Optional Extended Warranty: Extended warranty services are available for specific projects or products. Specific terms and conditions shall be agreed upon separately in the sales contract.
3. Warranty Scope
This warranty covers any failure that occurs under normal installation, use, and maintenance conditions, resulting from defects in our product materials or manufacturing workmanship.
